Paleo slow cooker beef ribs

Holy cannoli, these ribs are mind-blowing! And super easy!

I used:

Three pounds of beef ribs
One pound pre-cubed fresh pineapple
A few squirts of sugar free Dijon mustard
3 cloves of garlic

Directions:

Brown the ribs in a skillet, then dump them in a lined crock pot/slow cooker. (you don’t have to line it, I just prefer to so I have less to clean up)
Dump the pineapple on top
Squirt some mustard all over the top
Throw in three cloves of garlic (I would have minced them but I was running late this morning and threw them in whole. Guess what? No biggie! Still tastes better than anything on earth!)
Put a lid on it, set your crock for low and cook for 10 hours.

I put these in before work and when I came home, the timer on my crock was just going off. Perfect. The meat will slide off the bone and the pineapple is bangin’. next time I might add jalapeƱo. Or not. Depends on what’s around.
